How the products are shipped
All of our products are sent at room temperature. All products have been tested and proven stable in this form during shipment. Upon receipt, please follow the storage conditions detailed in the Certificate of Analysis provided with the product.
Shipping
Shipping is via FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated when you view your shopping cart.
Customs clearance fees (V.A.T., etc.) are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping cost.
