Resiquimod
Resiquimod is a toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) agonist which induces upregulation of IL-6, IL-12, IFN-γ and iNOS expression in mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages (BMMs), and inhibits RANKL-induced osteoclast differentiation in mouse BMMs and human peripheral blood monocytes.
