NU 6140 is a cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (cdk2) inhibitor which induces cell-cycle arrest at the G2-M phase. 10- to 36-fold more selective for cdk2-cyclin A over other cdks (IC50 = 0.41 μM for cdk2-cyclin A).
